Golden Temple, Amritsar, India.
Image Ref: REL00082

The Golden Temple in Amritsar is the 'holy of holies' for all Sikhs. The building was begun by Guru Arjan Dev in the late sixteenth century. On completing the pilgrimage, Sikhs traditionally bathe in the tank reflecting the sacred shrine.
